Lost 19 lbs & 3” off her waist in 7 weeks
I have struggled with my weight since after having my last of three children. My youngest is now 16, so you can see the struggle has been real! I have tried IF (intermittent fasting), weight watchers, starvation, hired coaches and trainers, worked out 5-7 days in my gym, drank enough water to sink the Titanic again…you get the gist.
I know how to lose the 5-10lbs but not for any substantial amount of time. It would come off but once I went back to the land of the eating, it would come back with a vengeance and bring luggage! I have followed Instagram programs and spent thousands of dollars on plans, advise and training and to no real success.
One day while trolling Facebook I saw a post by Jennique about one of her clients and the picture blew my mind. I was envious and suspect that this was actually done without going to a gym or in that allotted amount of time. I then was speaking to a mutual friend and she had lost a significant amount of weight and when I asked what she was doing she too was a client of Jennique’s. Now I was truly intrigued. What magic was this? And, I was sure they were eating these horrible meals of bland chicken and broccoli.
I reached out and made an appointment to meet with Jennique. She was really enthusiastic and very, very knowledgeable about how to guide me specifically to meet my goals. I signed up right there on the spot and she advised I would have a program and plan of action within a couple of days. I was provided very clear and simple steps in order to reach my first goal of 10 lb weight loss.
I will admit shopping at the grocery store proved very difficult within the first week as I wanted to eat EVERYTHING. Standing in Safeway, seething that I didn’t inhale a box of wheat thins prior to this endeavor, my guardian angel called to check in on me. I told her how hard this was and she reminded me that this would not be forever but just right now and that if later in our plan I wanted to eat wheat thins, I could. This changed everything for me. I was able to stay the course and she was there at every turn and melt down.
I was able to lose the weight I had set as a goal for myself and have maintained this weight all the while going back to the land of the eating. I now know how to balance my eating and staying on track throughout the week helps me when I have plans to go out to dinner with friends or a function that may not be appropriate to bring a Tupperware container with my food prep to.
Jennique has single handedly done what countless others could not for me. She provided me a lifelong plan of healthy eating and weight management as well as the knowledge of what works for me individually. I will never have to worry that I will balloon back to my start weight because I have the support and foundation of a completely simple, reasonable and functional plan of action.
I am forever grateful and honored to have Jennique as my food guru.
