lost 12 lbs & 2.5” off her waist in 9 weeks

I have always been considered "athletic" as far as BMI and other body fat tests. My entire adult life I worked out and was conscious of what I put in my body. For the last 10 years I eat mostly organic and meal prep regularly, weighing out portions and I have been able to maintain my 120-125 lb high school weight regardless of my dedication to working out. I am 5'4” and my body frame is considered to be petite/thin.

In a 6 month period I turned 30, tore my meniscus, had knee surgery, ended up in the hospital with complications and a pulmonary embolism, gained 20 lbs, and was diagnosed with Factor II Mutation (blood clotting disorder), Hashimoto's Disease (autoimmune disease) and Hypothyroidism. I found myself defeated physically, mentally and emotionally. I knew what it took to lose excess weight, bulk and shred and shape my body the way I wanted to but all of a sudden NOTHING was working. I went to a dietician to see if there was something that I didn't know about that she could teach me and she told me I have an unhealthy body image and should see a psychologist. She said that 20 lbs gained wasn't that much and since I am not obese there is nothing that they could suggest other than to eat whole foods (which I had already been doing). I refused to accept this new weight as my new normal.

I met Jennique in a group of friends and overheard her talking about her program. We spoke about it for a few minutes and I immediately sensed that she knew what she was doing. I knew I had to try this. I was skeptical that it would work for me since the doctors and google told me that weight loss was not going to be an easy feat with my diagnosis.

Jennique was so incredibly patient with me and my millions of questions. On Jennique’s program I was able to lose 15 lbs and 3 inches off my waist in 5 weeks! This is not a fad diet, I earned the weight loss with dedication to sticking to it and Jennique’s program has rewarded me with a simple blueprint to live and eat by that makes it manageable to maintain. The group support and individual check ins made the few tough days so much easier. I finally feel like myself again and I can't thank Jennique enough.

Thank you thank you thank you!
